 I can’t log-in to the “Quick Start” area with my email address
Click on the “Forgot Password?” link on the login screen and you’ll get an email with instructions for resetting your password.
 Must I stick to one device or can I switch between devices depending on mood or location?
With regard to the Quantum Leap software, you can install it on your Mac, your PC and iPad, if you wish. 

When you score a topic the software syncs its data to the Marketing Wizdom server. When you log in on another device the software will sync again. So yes you can switch between devices depending on location or mood, and you should be able to pick up on one device where you left off on the other
 I've added notes and data to QL on one device, how do I access it on another device? 
Your Quantum Leap software syncs data to the Marketing Wizdom server whenever you leave the scoring screen for a topic. You can also get it to sync at any time by clicking the “Options” button on the dashboard. 

As long as you have synced your data, when you login on another device using the same user name and password, it will sync with the server when you log-in and bring all the data stored there to the device you’re using.

You should be able to continue on one device where you left off on another.
